서울에서 비행기로 10시간 약 7,000km 떨어진 먼 거리, 호주 브리즈번에서 16년 동안 커피 로스터로 활동하고 있는 마틴을 만났습니다. 그동안의 경험을 바탕으로 얼마 전 자신만의 열 정을 한 단계 더 발전시켜 줄 카페 <Piccolo By Him>을 오픈한 그의 일과 삶에 대한 이야기 와 하루 일상을 24/7 Essential Wear와 함께 소개합니다.

We met Martin in Brisbane, Australia, about 10 hours and 7,000 kilometers away from Seoul, where he's been a coffee roaster for 16 years. He recently opened Picolo By Him, a café that takes his passion to the next level, and shares his thoughts on work, life, and a day in the life of a 24/7 Essential Wear.

마틴과 맥신이 함께 만든 두 번째 공간, Cafe ‘Piccolo By Him’은 이들의 첫 번째 카페 ‘Piccolo By Her’와 또 다른 그들의 색과 취향을 보여주려 하는 로컬 컬처 프로젝트입니다. ‘Piccolo By Her’는 서투르면서도 자유로운 소녀의 이미지를 담아 친근하고 포근한 감성을 전달하는 공간으로 운영 중이며 올해 새롭게 문을 연 ‘Piccolo By Him’은 조금 더 마틴의 취향을 담아 커피와 음악 그리고 그들이 선별한 호주 및 유럽의 와인을 소개하는 문화 공간입니다.

Martin and Maxine are excited to unveil their second venture, Cafe 'Piccolo By Him', a charming sibling to their first creation, 'Piccolo By Her'. 2024, ventures further into Martin's world with an inviting selection of coffee, music, and meticulously chosen wines from Australia and Europe. This project is born out of a desire to communicate more deeply with a broader audience and grow alongside the community.

Martin hates wasting time and is often called a workaholic by those around him, but he believes in taking a break from work whenever possible. so he focuses on balancing his work and personal time, whether it's playing tennis, riding his bike, or enjoying a glass of natural wine with friends. and enjoying his own lifestyle.
